“Public service should be about solving problems, protecting families, and remembering who sent you there.”

Nick Hoheisel

Southwest Wichita is home.

Nick Hoheisel has called southwest Wichita home for most of his life. Raised by a single mother as one of seven children, he learned at an early age the importance of faith, personal responsibility, and working hard for the people who depend on you.

Nick was first elected to represent southwest Wichita in the Kansas House in 2018. Since then, he has worked to remain accessible and responsive, listening to residents and focusing on the issues that affect their daily lives. He and his wife, Misti, are proud to raise their family in the same community he serves.

Today, Nick serves as House Majority Whip and chairman of the House Financial Institutions and Pensions Committee. At the Capitol, he works to make Kansas more affordable, keep neighborhoods safe, strengthen the state’s economy, and ensure government remains accountable to the people it serves.

Whether he is meeting with constituents at home or working with colleagues in Topeka, Nick remains committed to delivering practical, conservative results for southwest Wichita.
